“My son researched this out and recommended it to us and I did a little more research. I was going to have somebody either paint or spray on that rubberized coating on the bottom of my truck and also my wife's Lincoln MKC. That's somewhere between a thousand bucks and $1,500. This is $160. Once a year. So it might take 9 or 10 years for me to pay as much as I would have otherwise. And yet, I'm getting fresh protection each year and there is some evidence to suggest that this actually will do a better job, it does not trap moisture under the paint or the rubberized coating.
Also, they were very friendly and helpful, they did recommend getting these salt eliminator wash, but didn't necessarily push the wax. Seemed that they were being honest and trying to do what was really needed for my car.”
“I cannot express how grateful we are for the assistance we received, particularly from Whitney. We are from Chicago and had been stranded (with our brand new Tucson) in Copper Harbor, MI on a Saturday afternoon. This was the nearest Hyundai dealership, so it was where Hyundai Roadside Assistance was able to arrange to tow our vehicle for repairs the following Monday. Not only did they repair the issue quickly, but Whitney kept us updated and advised us to request (through Hyundai customer support) to get our vehicle transported to the dealership nearest to us. She just saved us a ten-hour round trip to retrieve it with either a rental or a borrowed vehicle. If it weren't for her help, I'd STILL be trying to figure out how we were getting back up there. I highly, HIGHLY recommend the service department at Kocourek.”

“There are a lot of shady dealers out there. Whenever I call a car dealer, I am half expecting some sort of a hidden upcharge or a even a scam. Even after the price is negotiated and paint protection upcharge is removed, there may be a hidden cleaning fee or garage charge, or mandatory car wash plan, etc. I am glad that this is not one of those dealers. They laid out the price without hidden upcharges, were very honest about it. The process of the sale was done very professionally and efficently. There were no unpleasnt surprises. The dealership looks nice and presentable. They set the bar for other dealers to follow. Recommend for anyone looking for a Toyota.”

“Had a dent in front fender of my Motorcycle and it was suggested by another Body shop that I take it to Olson's.
Well I'm happy that I did....the staff was respectful even though they were not involved in the repair of my Motorcycle . The repair was perfect to say the least...I couldn't be happier !!!
The owner and his wife were a pleasure to deal with and they were so very fair with the
bill ( knowing it was coming out of my pocket) that I couldn't have gotten a better deal if I was related to them !!!
If that's how they treat you on a small job, I won't hesitate to consider Olson's for any work in the future!!!
