“I was involved in a very sophisticated hacking scheme. I decided to drive to the branch office while the hacker was advising me on the phone. As soon as I got in the lobby, Aimee began interacting with the individual, asked for information that the individual was not able to provide and shut down the situation. The hack went deep enough to make closing down my checking account the prudent option which is a complicated deal when you have direct deposits and withdrawals. Aimee walked my husband and me through all the steps. She now has dates on her calendar to follow up and make sure deposits are going into our account correctly. Wow! She was a blessing in a tricky situation. So grateful for her profession knowledge and her kind heart.”
