However the interaction I had with Gayle while checking out was so warm, friendly, and genuine that I had to leave a review to point out Gayle's seller customer service!!β

βSemi truck review: Nice place , clean restrooms , 12 spots for trucks , btw watch the ground some spots had a painted sign not for parking !!! arrived by 5 pm I found a spot , was full by 7-8pm … not a way to creative spots or street parking .good food indeed , also liquor .β

βThis place is very clean the staff is very polite and if I want something and I can't find it I asked them and they will get it for me if they don't have something on the hot plate I want for food I told him and they will make it within minutes.β
βGas is usually on the cheaper side, comparatively, and the staff is friendly. Good selection of snacks and yummy slushies (try Tiger Blood - it's delicious!).β
βI love coming here to ship my items. Berlyn is super nice and is always happy to help. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend coming here to ship things.β

From the morning shift workers to the night shift closers all staff have a caring demeanor.

βThis is my favorite gas station in Wausau, I drive a little out of the way to go there. theyβre the only place that carries the tobacco products I like and they have the best bags of ice in town and itβs cheap too! Iβm picky and every other gas stationβs bags of ice SUCKS like itβs super old or just not frozen right. Theirs are great, truly lol? The staff are really awesome tooβ
βThis convenience store/gas station is relatively new. The gas prices are the lowest in Wausau. The convenience store is very clean and we'll organized. There is a gas station attached to this store. Store prices are typical of other convenience stores in the area.β
βStopped in to get some gas, had some issues with the app on my phone. The guy behind the counter was super helpful and showed me that I can get $2 off twice a month. This guys attitude is amazing, makes it very welcoming. He even went outside to help an elderly person when I was there. Not sure of his name but he has red hair. Thank you sir!!!!β
βAlways very quick in and out from here. Never have I had any issues here. For what it is, it's a solid functional gas station and convenience store, and while the selection inside could be a little wider, at least they are always stocked so no real complaint there. Also, and maybe most importantly, they always respect regulars and non-regulars alike. TY, R-Store ??β

The gas station has a very large parking area with easy access into the store.
It's easy to get to for its right off of a main road to merrill. Hwy k.
There's something for every need. Food, drink, and much more.

βRoad trips are an adventure, but it is double the fun knowing there's a kwik trip close by to refill my gas, get snacks and drinks and the feature I really love the most(whoever knows me or shared a road trip with me , heard this from me) clean bathrooms all the time. βExtremely grateful for this place I had a medication that was $200 my insurance wouldn't cover they had a coupon that made it $12! Thank you so much for all of your support and care! Keep up the great work! I would like to add I had another medication that the automated system said that could not be filled till tomorrow. The technician was able to get me the medication today regardless of what the automated system said. I'm extremely grateful!β

βWent to pick up my prescription over there, it wasn’t ready which is fine, I can wait for a while. Line does get long since only one person is up there. I do see they seem to be lacking staff (from what I see there’s only a pharmacist and 3 technicians working) there, trying to pick up calls when they can and with the line and all. It can get frustrating waiting but I’ve talked with them and it seems their hours are cut which is why the pharmacy have such limited hours. It is understandable since their staff is already working 9-5, just wish the hours are more flexible.β

βDerek! The only one I will ever go to from this point on! My medication is difficult. Time sensitive, insurance nightmare, costly without the insurance, just plain difficult.
I just recently moved to the area and had to obviously transfer my scripts to up here. I went without my meds for about a month because the insurance, doctor, and pharmacy could not get it all together.
This young man Derek, looked into my account, remembered a conversation from like, 3 weeks prior, and dug to find me solutions. After about 45 minutes, we finally had some options. He found a coupon that would bring my $900 prescription without insurance down to less than $100. We proceed with that option and the next month I had some more obstacles. He handled them flawlessly and I had my scripts through my normal insurance by the end of the day. I hope he knows how much I appreciate all of his help!β
βI only come here to get my prescriptions from the pharmacy. Customer service is always really good. I've showed up without even calling in to tell them to fill my prescription. Have just walked right in and said hey I have refills can you fill them please and it's done within 15-20 minutes. Good job pharmacy!β

βIt's a great idea. My only concern was other than on the money machine there wasn't anywhere that said minimum $7.oo. The machine only accepts 1 & 5 dollar bills. So, I had to pack up the dog (he was all setup in the tub) and go get smaller bills. But as far as I'm concerned this was my only problem! 2 ideas?- post a sign by the door that explains no bills over a 5 taken, or maybe get a machine that takes plastic? BTW the $7 got my dog 100% clean, conditioned, flea & tick, perfumed & I had time lest over to wash down the tub!β
βThe pharmacy has speedy and caring vibes, but THEY ARE OVERWORKED! Only getting 30 min to snarf down food before a massive line forms from all directions! Someone save them ?β
