Wayne was very knowledgeable, understood my situation and gave me no pressure options. Wayne explained the policies and warranties. I liked the options Wayne showed with the mattresses. I bought a mattress and mattress protector. Easy to talk to and no pressure. I will go back there for all my mattress needs.”
