“Called the 1800 cricket number and dude was totally useless. Couldn’t understand a word he said. Said no towers were down and it was my device when it was 3 different phones so hung up on him and called here and found out towers are down cause of wind. Took all of one minute when that moron had us on the line for 15. Called the 1800 number several times over the years and NEVER GET SOMEONE WHO SPEAKS FLUENT ENGLISH. NEVER NOT ONCE. CMON CRICKET THIS IS AMERICA!! Anyway GO PACKERS!! ? ?”
