“This is such an amazing little shop for you fur babies of the feline or canine kind. The selection is varied and abundant, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they love the new puppy and kitty friends who walk in their door as much as they do their hoomans. For high quality dog and cat foods, toys, and treats, I can't think of a better place in the area to visit.”

“My experience recently, at this store was pleasant. Prices (pet products) are more reasonable than expected. I only shopped the dog section.4 stars because there's always room for improvement, especially customer service.I was glad to see the items my dogs enjoy the most, the tracheas (among all of the other 'natural' treats) and a couple of other treats they like.”

“I was out of town and my dog became ill at her kennel. Paw Health turned away my dog because she was not deemed “critical” even though she had a bad fever and couldn’t stand. When I told the vet tech at Petsmart that she was ill and had been turned away they got her in for a same day appointment and worked with the wonderful owner of the kennel. Diagnosed with Lymes and my dog is on the mend. Thankful for the quick action by the kennel and the staff at PetSmart!”
“I love coming here it is mine and my fiancé's favorite place to shop for our pets. The majority of the animals are usually very well cared for, but we do notice that the reptiles and ferrets enclosures are not very well kept up. The last time we were there, a ton of grubs were living in the chameleon cages. The substrate looked like it was alive. As well as fecal matter all over the inside glass of the ferret enclosure.”

“We love this store ! We always visit when going to the dog park near by, it's a must have stop and shop ! Thr staff is always so welcoming , and extremely friendly to my dog Dutton :). They are very polite and always ask before approaching or petting him. My dog is always happy to be in there and even more happy when leaving only because he knows he gets treats ..lol :) We can't wait to visit again”

“It was my first visit to your grooming salon thus, very unfamiliar with your rules and procedures. Overall, it was an okay experience and my dog came out looking exactly as I wanted him to. Hailey, the groomer, did a great job!”
