Eric was helpful at the store; however, when the bed did not work out Sleep Number was completely unhelpful and uncaring in how they mishandled or turned a blind-eye to our return request. They simply do not care. The bed is still in our home after weeks of attempting to connect with costumer service. They are happy to deliver a bed, but lack of service in attempting to return the bed. BUYER BEWARE!

As soon as we walked into the store Eric was the one to help us. He was very understanding and considering as my fiance was in a wheelchair. He was very kind and generous and explained how the sleep number worked for both my fiance and me. This was a great store and would recommend anyone to go there before shopping anywhere else.

The staff at sleep number were very helpful, and courteous. They answered all of our questions and really explained what was best for us. They were not pushy, or trying to sell is more than what we needed. All around good experience!

Kyla was so calm and comfortable. Not a pushy, overbearing salesperson, yet thoroughly informative and gave us plenty of time to think about our decision.

Customer service was amazing. Knowledge of the products was great and they are not pushy salesman who make you uncomfortable. As far as I’m concerned, my 18 year old bed has sold itself. Time to update! Thanks for making quality product and showing great service. Lance helped me originally and then Brad finished our transaction a few days later. Both were great to work with!

I am still waiting for my bed. 8 weeks waiting is not acceptable. I only hope they can install it when they get here.

Well first off, this is not for the store. The people in the store supposedly tried to help with empathy and compassion.If you could pick up your bed I would. The delivery company definitely does not know what customer service is. First off it took a month and a half to get the bed, then you get a text three days before delivery telling you delivery is between 4-7 pm. First off most people work for. Living and have to take the day off. Know I am wasting a perfectly good vacation day to wait for a bed to show up at night. You call and try to get it earlier and the delivery people tell you it is what it is. I just spent five grand, I might not be there to receive or may even cancel the order. Unacceptable

Extremely friendly staff, the customer service was great very helpful and the pillow I bought is amazing. Would recommend this store to all my friends and family.

Eric B was a very helpful person, it took no time at all for me to choose the system I wanted. I thank you for having such nice people to deal with. I also called today to check on the mattress and box spring and how it was handled if I wanted to give it to my daughter. I spoke with Brad and he told me not a problem, and that I should just have them take it to my garage so my daughter could pick it up.Service so far is top notch. I am looking forward to have it delivered and installed. Thank you Sleep #.

Eric, the sales rep, was fantastic! He really knew his stuff & allowed us to decide what we wanted w/ no pressure at all to purchase something we didn't. The whole experience was as good as it could possibly be.

Knew what I wanted upon entering, but the salesman would not listen to me. He ignored my questions, kept talking over me and refused to just let me browse. He was also very argumentative and flat out rude. The store is lacking so much in customer service that my husband and i left without purchasing anything and went home and bought the mattress online. I would not reccomend this store to anyone. Find another location to shop. Worth the drive to not have to deal with this shop.
