Not a pleasant man working the register. He yelled at me for taking the receipt off, I tell you that is not nice in front of people. Rude and your bakery is no way as good as Maddie bakery. I gave you 2 stars cause I like cheese bread, last time going there for your rudeness! My relatives and friends too!

Whenever in the area we go to Hillside Bakery. Great baked goods at fair prices. Just remember to take cash. Cash only is common in these parts.

This little bakery has the best peanut butter cookies I have ever had! And the pecan pie bars are amazing! Well, everything is amazing, but those are my favorites.The staff are quiet and reserved. The gentleman at the cash register showed me a kindness that I'd rather not share, but it is another reason I will keep coming back.We drive through Spring Lake when we travel between our home and camper and they are not always open when we pass by. When the timing works, though, I stock up on their goodies!

Great bakery, excellent food. Cash only however. -1 star for the incredibly rude guy running the register. All the other workers there are so friendly, I hardly understand why you would have the most irritable and offputting worker be the sole customer-facing one. Otherwise still worth the stop for the value and quality.

this is an awesome bakery, I just hope to find my way back there again. My husband loved the Cherrie pie and the raspberry muffin I picked for him. I loved the donuts very good tasting.
