If I could leave a big fat ZERO I would- as such is our dissatisfaction with Froetert. Scheduling- zero. Communications from the doctor's staff- zero. Nurses while she was there were the bright spot. One day after receiving the bill in the mail their communications suddenly got better- the billing department demanding payment.
