This is a very general review. I haven't actually gone to today's appointment yet but, I anticipate everything working well because that has been my experience in the past. And that's huge. I'm so impressed with Froedtert and the Center for Advanced Care. I love having access to my tests and evaluations in digital form and so quickly! Sometimes I think, "Too quickly!" I find myself sitting with results minutes after a test, Googling medical terms! Froedtert has embraced the digital age and the patients benefit directly. Every visit seems to be handled efficiently. No one seems surprised to see me. No time spent sitting in a waiting room with a clipboard on my knee. I'm never lost in the shuffle. I'm happy to find myself in the new age of medicine!

If I could leave a big fat ZERO I would- as such is our dissatisfaction with Froetert. Scheduling- zero. Communications from the doctor's staff- zero. Nurses while she was there were the bright spot. One day after receiving the bill in the mail their communications suddenly got better- the billing department demanding payment.
