“We have been purchasing appliances from Grand for almost 20 years. Our recent visit to the showroom on Burleigh was consistent with other experiences. We were greeted and asked what we were looking for, 'front load washers and dryers'. She explained where they were and she would have someone help us shortly. Within a couple of minutes Kevin greeted us and proceeded to answer our questions and explain some of the newest features. After narrowing it down to two we decided on the GE 5.0 cu ft front load steam washer and dryer in graphite (very sexy looking machines I might add). Since our dryer was out of commission it was reassuring to know that they could deliver them on Tuesday (it was Saturday). We needed delivery, setup and our old appliances disposed of properly. We were in and out in about an hour. I Received a text on Monday confirming Tuesdays delivery time and Tuesday morning the big white truck was in front of my house. Jose and his associate came in our house assessed the situation and got right to work. They were professional, thorough and respectful. Grand is a Midwest owned company and has a warehouse in Sturtevant which makes for a quick turn around on many appliances. Their prices have always been competitive and I will continue to purchase from Grand.”

“This review is for Alec, the brightest and kindest person ever! We came in at 7:10 and there was a line to talk to sales people. Once he was available around 7:40 (closing time is 8), he still helped us purchase our iPhones. We had issues and he stayed late continuing to help us, and even went above and beyond to resolve a technical issue we had on Apple for yeaaaars. Alec for president ??He was just sooo friendly and helpful, there’s nothing he didn’t know! We appreciate you!!!”

“Know a guy who went in to purchase a 4K blu ray and left with an AV receiver due to the sales reps (lack of) knowledge. Once it was hooked up could not get the DVD in obviously. Accompanied to exchange for Blu Ray player and the experience was flawless. knowledgeable floor guy this time and easy transaction at the customer service desk. Great staff friendly and clean environment. Would recommend this location!”

“I was in the area for TDay and needed a COVID booster and this Target CVS was the closest with the Pfizer vax so I scheduled an appt. A relative told me the store had security due to the area but was safe which made me a bit nervous at first. Well... when I arrived, this store was no different than any other Target I've ever shopped at - lots of open, safe parking. I didn't see or feel the need for security. The pharmacy ROCKED! They were SUPER NICE, VERY ORGANIZED, and they gave me a $5 coupon to use in the store. The store was well stocked, clean and organized. I did ask someone in the toy dept for help and they told me to find someone else because they didn't work in that area (looked to be filling online orders but could have been nicer). It was challenging to find help in the store but is this really different from other stores at the moment with staff shortages? Anyway, when I finished my Christmas list later in the day, I did drive up at another Target which was WAY easier than looking the aisles. The woman working self checkout was very helpful and I was happy to use that $5 coupon! I'd go back!”

“Went to the Best Buy near the Mayfair Mall in Wauwatosa WI . The employees said hello to us and asked what we were looking for, told them a Television . A young girl by the name of DiDi asked a few questions and then showed us a couple . We were in and out within 10-15 minutes . No pressure about the warranty . She told us all we needed . The tv we purchased is top,of the line so there shouldn't be any issues setting up .
