Was told by another location that they had the walking/tennis shoe i wanted, got there and it was only in a medium width.The clerk appeared interested until they were too tight for my feet... he just walked away, later returning to put them away.

We got excellent service. We needed specialty sizing for my nephew who has a size 15 shoe and they did great helping us. Plus we got exactly the shoe he wanted.

Friendly staff, and if they don't have something in your size, they call Champs for it, and they put it aside for you.
