“I've been on a hunt for a pair of cute, comfortable silver heels for my friend's wedding (and you know how hard it can be to find comfortable silver heels that aren't costume-y or cute silver heels that are actually comfortable). Online, I saw this location had the cutest pair w/ pillow walk cushions in my size. So, I called this location and spoke with Angel and he was more than happy to put an 8 and 8.5 to the side for me to try on in-store. Walking in, I saw this store is so conveniently located and has a gorgeous selection of shoes and purses!! I was able to try on both pairs with ease and get my right size. I mentioned that it felt a lil tight around my pinky toe. I was able to buy my shoes and have them stretched overnight and ready for pick-up at 5:30. The next day, I came early around 2:30, and my shoes were already ready! And they felt PERFECT! Angel was so attentive without being overbearing! And the other staff there were so kind too! Love this store and the staff; I will definitely be back!”

“The cashier Emma at Nordstrom rack Wauwatosa WI, did an amazing job. She nicely folded all my clothing, as well as informed me about all the benefits of getting a Nordstrom credit card. I immediately applied for the credit card with the professional help from Emma. I was approved and was able to use the 5 percent off my transaction and received a 40 dollar discount on my next purchase. It was a triple win for me. 1. The excellent customer service from Emma 2. “Oni is amazing! I had called a hour before this store even opened and she actually answered the phone! Which NEVER happens with retail stores. I asked a bunch of questions and she did her best to answer them all but some she wasn't sure of, then about a hour later when she got the answers she found my number to call me back and I never even asked her to do this, she did this herself and I can't not believe the amazing customer service she provided! “I came in a few weeks ago to get some new shoes and had the BEST service ever. Kwan helped me out, and I will always go back to this location specifically for them! They were patient, helpful and solution focused when what I wanted wasn't in stock. I went to Journey's in Southridge a few days ago and since having a 5 star customer service experience with Kwan, this didn't even compare. To be honest, the Southridge people didn't even get off their stools behind the counter to greet me. Mayfair is a farther drive for me but one I am willing to make for the level of service I received! They definitely need a raise and a big pat on the back! Thanks Kwan, you're the best!”

“Stopped in to return a dress I bought at the Hilldale location. The process was a breeze! It literally took 30 seconds. The girl who helped me was very nice. There was no judgement or questioning on her end. I also did not feel pressured to buy anything as I looked in the store afterwards. I prefer this location over Madison.”
“I wish there were more Ann Taylors in the area - this is really the only one in greater Milwaukee and it’s one of my favorite shops.
Every time I come in, I feel welcomed by the staff. They aren’t overly friendly and give you plenty of space to shop at leisure, but are very available to offer and provide help if needed. I’ve had to ask for help on numerous occasions, and never felt like I was inconveniencing them.
Store is not as well stocked as the website, but that’s understandable considering that it is smallish. Dressing room is actually clean and don’t have dustballs rolling around - my pet peeve.”

“I stopped into Madewell after seeing a TikTok about a pair of jeans that could work during pregnancy. I hadn’t worn jeans in months, but with the weather getting cooler I knew I needed something comfortable to get me through fall.
I worked with Caitlin D., and she was absolutely wonderful! Not only did she help me find the jeans I came in for, but she also pulled several other pieces I never would have thought to try — and they ended up being bump-friendly at 8 months pregnant. She made the whole experience fun, uplifting, and so easy.
I left the store feeling excited to wear my new clothes instead of discouraged, which says everything about the experience she created. A huge thank you to Caitlin for making shopping such a positive experience during this stage of life!”
