“A big shout out to Bunzel's today and specifically Matt in the meat department! I am trying to make Sauerbraten for my dad for his birthday, 89 and going strong!. I looked up how much meat I need and it was clearly too much. Matt went and talk to the chef, came back and cut down the meat for me, gave me advice and in genera, was a great guy. We love Bunzel's but today was extra special! So thankful!!!!”
“Beautiful small store, they have dinners you can take and make at home, fresh sides, almost any meat you can imagine in the freezer and fridge, and their steaks are always so well-marbled and fresh. The staff is very nice and accommodating.”
“Went on a Saturday. Purchased a block of cheese along with other items. Got home. Saw on the cheese it expired in November. Returned on Wednesday. Got it exchanged, however, it was wrong type. Returned on Friday for correct non expired cheese. 3 trips in less then a week.”

“We got our fresh turkey here. It was delicious, had a great earthy flavor. Very moist, breast was larger than typical. Best turkey so far. They have great cuts of meat if you are looking for something special. Appeared as though they were dry aging some beef but I'm not an expert.”
“Fantastic place. Great meats. Reasonable prices. Always leave here with a bunch of delicious dinner options. Jalapeño cheddar beef sticks are excellent. Wish they would have had some Ghost pepper sticks. Those were great last summer.”

“Rupena’s is my number one favorite grocery store in town! They have always treated me with respect kindness and the utmost decency! They might not be as big as some of these other stores but their hearts are super huge in terms of how much they care about being there for the community! They work harder than one would think and they strive to be better each day! And Mitchell’s cafe has a nice wall mural that’s just as enjoyable with every taste of any hot or cold latte! I’ll recommend their bbq ribs sandwiches and steaks for anyone interested in stopping by any day! I give Rupena’s 100 stars 5 ain’t enough for still standing even when it’s hard! But the more shoppers the better it gets! So come along folks and fill those refrigerators up with nothing but the good stuff!”
