“Been going here for years and the staff here are phenomenally friendly and knowledgeable. During a shortage for a med I'm on, they even helped me find locations that did have it in stock and gave me tips on dealing with my insurance. They're prompt, patient, and highly organized, and never make me feel rushed if I have questions. I dunno man, never had a pharmacy experience so solid for so long that I felt compelled to leave a glowing review but here we are lol. Highly rec'd, especially if you see doctors in the Froedtert system already!”

“About a year or so ago I stated having prescriptions sent here and the staff is great! I haven't ever had any issues if I had to call with a question or when picking up my prescriptions. There' s a short lady there that where's glasses and always reminds to make sure to use your fresh perks so you can receive points. I didn't think to do this because this was the pharmacy and you could do this. Thanks to her I always make sure to enter in my phone number every time lol.”
“Well getting any kind of medication is very important. I like that you get a text message or a recorded call that its ready and the customer service is Great and u can get your medication as well as a few Groceries.”
“While sick, I was searching to fill a prescription that was out of stock elsewhere and this was the second pharmacy I called.
My call was quickly picked up, handled excellently by Eli, and I had clear resolution to getting the prescription needed. I had my coverage questions answered, and I felt like Eli went above and beyond to provide service to me as a patient to ensure my well-being and needs were met.
The team here worked to transfer my prescription same-day, and prepare it for pick-up. All while my out-of-stock pharmacy did nothing, not even notify me of an estimate for when it would be back in-stock.
The pharmacist also quickly answered my questions upon pickup. I’d say this team has gained my trust and set a new bar for what phramacy services could be in-stores.”

“I absolutely love the receptionists, RNs, MAs, NPs, and PAs at this location. The urgent care walk-in clinic is so convenient, and 9/10 times the staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Special shoutouts to PA-C Christine Johnson and APNP Julie Staskunas. I go to Julie for my primary care needs, and to Chris for Gynecology. They are both incredibly hardworking, personable, accommodating, and knowledgeable. They are true professionals in their field and make me feel comfortable, respected, independent, and cared for at each visit. Additionally, they respond very fast to my MyChart messages and address any concern I may have, and the care they provide is truly patient-centered. I couldn't recommend these two providers more, and I would also like to note the great care I received from RN Kerry H (I believe is her name) who did my radiology work. Lastly, the individuals working in the lab doing blood work are always incredibly friendly, and ease the usually uncomfortable experience of getting blood drawn. This location has so many great aspects to it and I will never go anywhere else for non-urgent care. It is also very clean!”

“I'll admit I wasn't a fan of this Walgreens the first time I went here, which was in the afterwork chaos of that shopping center. Sometimes the parking lot can be hectic with cars cutting through to avoid the light or the construction on state street. Sometimes a group of people outnumber the one person at the checkout line up front, but the staff member is patient and efficiently gets us out the door! However, its convenient and many of the items are priced better than the grocery store in the same parking lot. Also, I got my free flu shot here today (and the pharmacist did a good job). The people were friendly, quick and helpful in making sure that I ran my insurance through properly to get my $0 flu shot. Thanks for making it easy!”

“Came in with pink eye today and got checked out right away in their clinic while on my break. It took 20 minutes and I got back to work in the nick of time! I really love this pharmacy, and I'd go out of my way to come to this one specifically over a Walgreens or a CVS even though I don't live on this side of town.”
