Nice people but line was really slow. Only 2 tellers open on Saturday afternoon with 3 people in front of me in line took almost 20 minutes.

I must say thank you to both PNC Bank and especially Nassi for their prompt and very courteous service I received today. Nassi helped me set up a new beneficiary and brought to my attention that the bank has many more alternatives that I will be putting my money into. Thanks again
