“Five stars for Jarrat. Go see this man if you need help with anything. I’ve been trying to get a letter from BMO and have gone to other locations but due to time constraints I could not stay. While on my break from a job site, I stopped by this location. The young lady in the booth area greeted me and asked what I needed help with. Jarrat had just came in from inside and when they both knew what I needed he offered to help. I must’ve spent a few minutes altogether, and considering that the tellers were packed with ppl. I walked out extremely satisfied. Great job guys.”

“Erroneous, wildly exorbitant late fee applied even though payments are being sent in automatically well in advance of due date. I really do not need the hassle. One of my personal pet peeves is having to spend my personal time to help people find the money that we have already sent them. - Update - no help from their rep Alicia Ramirez, although the check arrived on the 3rd and would not have been past due until the 5th. So to be clear - we are being charged a late fee for a payment that is due on the 1st, arrived on the 3rd, and is contractually not late until the 5th. This will be going to small claims court. - Final Update - Alicia was able to clear this up for me, thanks for the help.”
