Customer service is not good. Return policy (30 days for cash/credit card or 60 days for in-store credit) is confusing, especially when the Sephora at Kohl's is clearly 60 days for both. Suggest using Sephora at Kohl's or Ulta for purchases with a 60-day return policy.

Today I was reminded why I dont shop at Sephora. I had the worst experience in my life. Tried to get color matched and spoke to Heather who was reportedly going to het a device to help. Next thing I knew she is walking past me out the door. No one around was willing to assist.

Ive been shopping at Sephora for over a decade now. And i have never had an experience like today ! Devin helped me out today he is so knowledgeable about skin tone undertones and products ! This is the best help i ever received. He deserves to be recognized as the best employee there !
