There isn't a lot of workers there to help out whenever you need help with something because there are always so many other people there also needing help. There are only like 4 workers walking around and 1 cashier, but the store is always clean, and the shelves are usually always pretty much stocked with every shade of every brand and product.

I love Sephora! This one is no different than the others! They all offer the same products and experiences. Yes it is true some beauty advisors may be more helpful than the others, but you have to take into account maybe they had a long day, surely we all have at times? I've always had great service, personally. Usually I shop online, but if I needed something THAT day, I will purchase it in store. Five stars~*

The manager named reem does not know how to take care of her clients. Two saturdays ago I came in looking for kayali yum bougie marshmallow, the lady i spoke to made me take the 1 oz bottle saying to come back next week and just exchange it and pay the difference. never was i told that it needed to be less then 20% used in order to exchange it. I came back the following thursday and they didnt have the 3.4 oz bottle again so they told me come back next thursday. I came that following Saturday and they had it stock, great. However, they said it was 30% used and not 20%. So i couldnt exchange it and now im stuck with this bottoe i never wanted this is what i get for listening to these people they shouldve told me make sure u dont use 30% but they never did!!! I wont be back to this store i hope i get a refund or I get some type of compensation for this running around and inconvenience nobody ever mentioned the policy!

I asked for a shade match and Corey made sure to help me! He asked if he could remove my makeup and told me he'd put it back on. He shade matched me and even touched up other parts of my makeup without me asking! He was so sweet and funny and made sure that everyone was welcome. Great location!

Waiting outside the door 5 minutes after they should have been open with employees doing their makeup 5 feet inside the doors.

I regret asking for her name, but Tuesday night 5/7 I wanted the shade amethyst of Danessa Myricks Infinte Chrome Waterproof Eyeliner, and they didn’t have it in stock but the sales associate suggested I order it. I was hesitant, because I wanted it for this weekend, but it was such the perfect color so I went for it and I wanted her to know it’s coming on Friday!! Thank you!!

The store is dirty! The display was dusty & not clean by applicators.Garbage wasoverflowing. I've noticed this the last 3x's I've been to this location!
