Wauwatosa Ace Hardware is a locally owned and helpful hardware store in the community. Hit or miss with employees- either very outgoing and friendly or very skittish and standoffish making the interaction awkward. Most are helpful small like all Ace Hardwares but very clean, organized and staff is informative just not always on the same page. Seem to be a bit mixed up as far as policies or procedures.

Everything I visit this store I am always satisfied. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
