The employees here are incompetent. They looked at me and wrongfully pre-qualified me. It was an embarrassing shameful experience. I still ended up getting my check cashed but not without humiliation and embarrassment. I will never come back to this branch again, or bank with them again.

Called Associated's main line this morning askingwhat I needed to get US Treasury savings bonds deposited Answer: Nothing just bring them in, we'll help you no problem! Question: Do I need anything, documents/paperwork? Answer: NopeFirst trip into Associated bank West Allis, teller checks with manager who says: no sorry your wife has to physically be here if her name is on them (copy of her license, SS card & an offer to call her wont work)I immediately go get my wife, teller then says: oh sorry you'll need your marriage certificate to cash/deposit these since they're in her maiden name.Now I need to make up 1.5hrs of work because I was neither able to get an informed answer on the phone, nor from the manager/teller at the branchI guess we'll be making a third trip soon & the discussion about which bank to switch to has already taken place. Unfortunately 25yrs of banking with the same bank means nothing to Associated anymore apparently & getting good information is quite difficult.We wont be back at this branch and are looking forward to starting fresh with a new bank soon. Very disappointing & could have easily been avoided.

The drive-thru closes at 530 not 10pm. It use to be open til 6 which was nice because my work hours end at 5 as I'm sure everyone else's is which was very helpful during rush hr traffic. I'm not happy with the change.

I am writing this for ALL JOBS all together but BANKS in particular! As this is ones private life of information but childishly mocced at as any job or our world as 'Jobs' create life aka things to survive on(in basic terminology). When going into a bank there is that thing called 'Customer Privacy Policy', as I'm in here often doing my business I can always hear the employees talk, and oh yes TALK CHILDISH ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER of course AFTER that customer leaves. GROW UP SOCIETY, WANA EVOLVE ALREADY? To bluntly put it. As you my dear's have NO RIGHT to be sharing and gossiping about your particular customers experience, as it was GOSSIP. We ain't 'children' anymore, or did you not have yet to pass that mentality level ?
