Rent was reasonable. The storage aisles were always kept clean. Dollys were always available when I needed one. Office personnel were always friendly and helpful, and when there was ever a gate issue I was always notified immediately. Overall I would certainly recommend Extra Space to anyone who needed storage.

It’s not my first time renting a storage unit I checked out multiple places prior to coming here. I walked into extra storage facility just to see how it is, so I wasn’t expecting to get a unit on the same day. The assistant store manager Joanna helped me out. She’s awesome, very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m so glad I walked in a perfect day and perfect timing to have Joanna to help me. Because other storage places staff do the bare minimum while Joanna goes beyond to make sure I was familiar and comfortable with the unit and place. She has a great personality and character. I love the place so I secured a unit before it gets taken. I was excited, I felt like I was getting keys to a new apartment. I like that the place is indoors, big, clean, and easily accessible!

They were very helpful and explained a few options to me. I did end up renting a unit right away. I was looking online for awhile but discussing options with people made the difference.

We got a storage unit Feb 2024 and have had it since. This past weekend (July 2025) we had to upgrade to a large unit. Both Joanna Ruminski and Jeremiah Russel were so helpful in finding us a unit close to our current one, communicating when the unit was ready, and helping us easily transfer over the account. They really were pleasant to work with and made everything very streamlined and fast. I highly recommend using the storage unit off of highway 100 and Cleveland in west allis if you are looking for one.

The staff was very, very friendly and super accommodating with my sisters' needs and requests. The facility was very clean and kept up. Definitely will be recommending to anyone needing storage.

Excellent, AFFORDABLE solution for stowing away all of your NON-immediately necessary, collection of stuff. ?
It’s very clean there, simple process to get started…PLUS, you can drive your car IN and THROUGH a climate controlled warehouse.
Hours for access are 6:00am-10:00pm. ?

First time customer, Joanna was awesome and so is the clean and spacious facility, couldn’t be happier and being able to drive and park inside, out of the elements and provided carts and good security? So far I can’t find anything to complain about ?♂️
