“I went into Grand Appliance on Layton Avenue knowing the size and features I wanted in a new refrigerator… And Alex knew just how to find it! Within a couple minutes he narrowed down the field and showed me my choices. I got a couple discounts and I was out the door! The whole shopping experience was painless. “Excellent service, expert insights 1st cabin USA sourced foam extends the life of a quality couch for another 10 years for <20% cost of a new couch. New cushions are better than original. If your couch and fabric are in good shape you should pay Foam Rubber Products a visit. Straight shooter delivers value. Our couch became uncomfortable 3 years ago. I wish I did this 3 years ago and avoided shopping for a new couch. Foam does break down by year 10. Buy a quality couch if you have none and have the cushions refurbished every 8-10 years.”

Unlike the budget furniture in the past, looking at my new dresser I'm not disappointed by the quality either. Delivery team was friendly and efficient too.”

“Augi was very helpful in talking us through the points of various mattresses. He demonstrated for us (he operated the remote while we lay in the bed) what the fanciest adjustable base does. (I had never heard of one!) He checked the website of the mattress brand we picked and found us an even better sale. Delivery will be Tuesday, 8 days from now. When we asked if the delivery guys would be willing to haul our old bed to our basement guestroom, he assured us they would (and that they'd appreciate a tip). Definitely recommend.”

(You don't want to miss out on a good deal that may last you 2 or more years!)That being said, this is a local store where they make the beds on the spot. Pretty cool right?”

“Showroom was bright, clean, and cool on a very hot summer day. Found a mattress that was right for us, even better they had one on clearance! Apparently it was a return on their 100-day bed guarantee but the price was so low we had to give it a shot.
At about 2:00 in the afternoon, sitting on a mattress in the showroom, no pushy sales people, easily ordered our mattress online.
The next day, two awesome delivery guys showed up, took the old mattress at no cost, and delivered the new mattress at no cost!
We gave the mattress a thorough search for any signs of wear damage or anything out of the ordinary, as far as we can tell the mattress appears to be brand new. Zero complaints.
Free next day delivery AND free disposal of the old mattress?!?! Great deal all around!

“My husband and I had an extraordinary experience, not once, but twice, at the Sleep Number store at Mayfair Collections, in Wauwatosa. Both times we worked with James. His kindness, customer care, communication, and capacity to really listen to customer needs is uncommon. The process included trying a number of beds, receiving education about features from James, learning the price structure based on features, etc. There was no pressure to make a quick decision, Once we did, the communication about timing and delivery was clear and the follow up excellent!

“Much better than bobs furniture, where they use third party delivery who don’t even want to install your furniture. Friendly kind and up front. We got two beds for the kids it took a little longer than we thought but we also did change the order and they were really nice about doing so. Decent furniture decent price and friendly staff, smaller store much better than bigger box stores for bedroom stuff it seems. Would recommended going here and trying it out when shopping around. Thanks guys”
“Distribution center is what it is, a large warehouse will all the stuff ready to be sent out. This review is on the Clearance Center.The Clearance Center is very random as you would expect. But everything is labelled appropriately and setup up, so there's no real digging or seeing something you can't sit-in/open drawers/etc. Prices on these clearance items are highly discounted and also delivery on those items is still available.”
