His kindness, customer care, communication, and capacity to really listen to customer needs is uncommon. The process included trying a number of beds, receiving education about features from James, learning the price structure based on features, etc. There was no pressure to make a quick decision, Once we did, the communication about timing and delivery was clear and the follow up excellent!
