The PJ I ordered was super small and I asked for an exchange and she did it for me happily (without fussing or anger like some other places). I would considered shopping here more often.”

“During a recent renovation we chose a credenza from NBF and then tried to color match a conference table. We selected the wrong color on our order and upon receipt realized that the finishes did not match as we had hoped. We reached out, and even though this was completely our error, they worked with us to adjust our order until we had the table top we were happy with and even rectified an issue with an item that was damaged by the shipper that was also not their fault. With the assistance of David and the absolutely phenomenal Sara who went above and beyond, we are thrilled with the service we received and our newly renovated conference space. “We needed a washing machine for one of our rentals. I thought the store was open until 8:00. So we drove 50 minutes there. I found out they close at 7:00. We arrived at 6:52. Only 8 minutes before closing. I went in apologize for coming in last minute. They were very gracious and helpful I bought a washer and they loaded it in our truck and was out of there by 7:19. I thanked them for staying a little late and they were so nice.We are very happy and would highly recommend shopping at this store.Kelly”
