This US Cellular is great! I come here all of the time to pick up my UPS packages since this is also a UPS access point. They remodeled the store and it looks incredibly modern and good! The staff is always friendly and its always a pleasure coming here!

As usual my experience sucked. Went in to upgrade my phone and both of the phone I wanted they didn't have. Don't put the phone out for display if you don't have it. This has been a consistent thing with US Cellular. That's fine. I will now take my business to another carrier

I waited 25 minutes to shop for a phone case for my phone there were two people getting taken of plus one person in line ahead of me in the 25 minutes wait the line never got smaller I left very unhappy 😣Icame in at 10:25 Monday morning 😣
