“I believe the lady’s name was Tatiana. She was amazing. Very patient very quick. All I needed her to do was upgrade my phone and Connect the service and she did just and had us on our way in about 15 maybe 20 minutes when we got in at the store was occupied by maybe three people and she knocked them out the way and got us all out. Good for her she deserves a raise.”

“Alex came in clutch!!!! Fr was having the worst day of my life with the Verizon’s insurance customer service and I came in and he helped me out like no other! I was ready to switch to T-Mobile but Alex talked me off the ledge!!! Super appreciate all the information he gave me; because of Alex I was able to resolve my issue in 20 minutes unlike the 4-5 hours I spent with other people!”
