βI appreciate that through an oil change inspection. The technician found I had installed one of my snow tires on incorrectly. I appreciate this was identified and corrected.β
βWe were very happy with our repair job at Crash Champions this month. First, their initial evaluation of the damage done to my Ford Edge revealed structural damage to the door which was missed by another exam. Next they got me in very quickly and were good about keeping me apprised of the ongoing work. Finally, the car looks like new and came back with a complete interior and exterior cleaning. The associates were friendly and efficient. I never had to wait for service. Thanks for continuing to be a company I would recommend to others.β

I saw a Subaru that I wanted. Garrett and Erik were professional, quick, and honest. The process was painless. Extra points for the coloring book, crayons, and snacks to keep my toddler busy while I did paperwork. Would definitely recommend.β

βThe service was great, very friendly and professional. What wasnβt was the lady in the parts department got really pissed off that I spilled some coffee in the waiting area. I tried to make a joke of it and no response, just a lot of huffing and puffing and complaining under her breath. I felt like saying, sorry I ruined your day!β

βI took my vehicle into the store in West Bend, WI because I had a flat tire. It was toward the end of their business day but Brian, the store mgr, happily had one of his service guys check out my tire.
As it turned out, my snow tire picked up a nail in very cold temperatures and the steel belt in the tire snapped. After talking with Brian, I decided to have the spare tire put on temporarily and scheduled an appointment to have my all season tires put on a week later. I was leaving for vacation, but not driving, the next morning so getting my tire taken care of was very important.
I am very grateful for the service that I received and highly recommend Brian and this store location. I was treated very professionally and courteously.β

I had several car repairs. I brought my car in for a tune up, bought new tires, replaced the rear hub, and front brake pads. The service advisors answered all my questions. I have been treated well and never had any problems afterwards.
I'm planning to keep my car running for as long as I can. That is why I keep coming back.

John Paul Haba has been my service advisor several times, he's been very good to me. Very patient, friendly, helpful, respectful, and knowledgeable. I brought my car in for an oil change and he advised me that I need new tires and found some reasonable prices. Then soon after my appointment my brake lights failed. I came in to have the light bulbs replaced. John had to order it. He did a great job helping me. He acted really fast. I'll be going back.

I came because my trunk on my Ford Focus wouldn't open. It was a wiring problem. They fixed it.

I acted on the recommendation from Heiser, that my rear brakes needed attention. I brought my car in for brake inspection. They determined I don't need brakes yet. They didn't charge me for the brake inspection. Didn't take much time too!β

Hans and others were very patient and helpful to get me through waiting for my lease to expire and to explain the process of buying the car. βMy daughter had her tires rotated and a wheel cover came off. Goodyear at first got her a new wheel cover but that did not match. They then told us to just to pick up a set of 4 new covers and they would reimburse us. Wow what outstanding customer service .A shout out to all the crew at the West Bend Goodyear. Job well done .β
βOutstanding service at a very fair price. Parking can be a problem. But that's absolutely no reason not to use Justin as your mechanic. He has two large bear like animals that he calls dogs. Careful. They may lick you to deathβ
βMy husband and I needed our brakes checked on our 5th wheel, and Bill at Brake & Equipment West Bend was incredibly helpful. Even though they werenβt able to do the work themselves, Bill gave us a thorough diagnostic and explained everything clearly so we could pass the info along to an RV service dealer.
