“I made appointments for oil changes. 2 days apart. Jack finished one just before closing and said he would finish the other the next morning which worked out perfect. He did a nice neat job and had time to do a quick look at my SUV and warned that my brakes would need work soon, which I suspected. After Christmas I will have RUSH do the repairs. Nice neat work. No hard sell. Fair pricing. And even better, 5 minutes from home.”

“Mark took my stock FZ-09 seat and completely reupholstered it with a surgical-gel style insert. My original seat was extremely uncomfortable and it was very difficult to ride for 25 minute stretches. Mark was able to keep my seat height the same and did phenomenal work. I’ve since put 250 miles or so on my seat already and it’s amazing! It also looks way better on my bike than the stock seat. My boyfriend will be having him redo the seat on his 1290R this fall!”

“We have had several minor repairs done at Schaefer's. They are always friendly and communicative. I think their pricing is fair and they're fairly quick with the turn-around. It's also convenient to be able to drop off/pick up at their gas station when the service center is closed. One time, I had a tire pressure issue that i couldn't resolve with just adding air and they came out and fixed it on the spot (no charge). Highly recommend Schaefer's.”
