SafeLite communicated with us multiple times via text and email to ensure we were ready for their visit. We chose to have their mobile unit come to replace our windshield rather than go to their facility. Tech called hours ahead of time to advise he was coming and when, which narrowed the time we were initially given. So that helped us plan our day and adjust. Tech explained the process and completed the installation within 2 hours. Explained the warranty and service, payment, etc. I'm happy with the service and have had no issue with the installation and technical calibration required for the modern windshield.
