“I was visiting from out of town and had borrowed a vehicle when it was unfortunately hit in a parking lot by an unknown driver who didn't leave a note. Wanting to return the car in its original condition, I needed a repair completed quickly. After contacting several collision repair shops in West Bend without success, I reached out to Jay’s Auto Body.
Jay promptly returned my call and was able to assist me right away. Within an hour, he restored the bumper to its original condition with impressive skill and efficiency. The quality of the repair exceeded my expectations.
I truly appreciate Jay’s professionalism and excellent workmanship. His help saved me from what would have been a very stressful and costly situation. I highly recommend Jay’s Auto Body to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality repairs.
Thanks again, Jay! You're my hero!”

“Oh the pesky window star from a stone. My 1974 BMW windshield took a hit and I was afraid I'd need a replacement window. My American Family Insurance Agent reached out to Safelite, they responded immediately, followed up after we got an appointment scheduled and the tech upon arrival nailed it. On time, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. A great experience all around. I would absolutely advocate for Safelite.”
