Pet Grooming
Heart & Soul Pet Grooming
1020 East Washington Street, West BendMackenzie is such an asset to the pet grooming profession. She is kind, patient and takes the time necessary to develop a relationship with new pets. But not much time is needed because they all love her! She does amazing work on our large standard poodle and has no problem trimming the nails of our spicy French bulldog. They groom only one dog at a time and the atmosphere is more like a spa than a dog groomer. From the sounds to the smells to the set up, everything says this is a place to relax. In a world where it is so hard to trust people with your children and fur babies, Heart & Soul & Mackenzie give us the peace of mind we need when dropping off our pets for grooming and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Schmidt Veterinary Clinic
2120 Granville Road, West BendOur regular Vet was on vacation, and we were unable to get our dog in anywhere! Dr Schmidt, who had never see our dog before, got her in the same day to attend to her eye injury! What a relief! While not life threatening, we will be forever grateful. Great Staff & Doctor!

Pleasant Valley Vet Hospital SC
2151 Pleasant Valley Road, West BendThank you so much for taking care of my baby, he shouldnt have had to be away for someone else's behavior! However it was also good for him to come back to himself. He needed a stay cation from home. He is my best friend and he is always looking out for my best interest and as hard as it was for him to be away, it was a joyful reunion and it made it so much easier known he was in good hands. Thank you so much ❤

Heart & Soul Pet Clinic/West Bend Animal Hospital
1020 East Washington Street, West BendI cannot thank all of the staff and Dr Miller enough. They are absolutely wonderful and provided exceptional and compassionate care. They provided reassurance to my husband and I and spent so much extra time with us after our pup presented some challenging symptoms and had a brief drastic change, they worked fast to do testing to rule things out and get him stabilized. They took their time answering so many of my questions and provided additional information to us whenever needed. They always follow up to see how our pups are doing and I am so grateful for the care they always provide.

Katherine Conlin, DVM
1020 E Washington St, West BendA last minute trip out of town required us to kennel our boy last minute. With our vet no longer offering kenneling and most kennels in the area being completely booked, we found Heart and Soul. They were able to accommodate a last minute overnight stay. We are so grateful for finding them. Staff were extremely helpful and kind, especially the receptionist at the front desk. Our pup is home now, happy as a clam and freshly bathed!

The training style is really good and informative. We love all the progress we've made in training our dog. We hope to take more of their class offerings in the future and will be back for our dog to take her Canine Good Citizenship test.

Puppyland Humane Society Inc
3456 Co Hwy D, West BendI had a great experience at this shelter! The people there were very nice and the animals appear to be well taken care of. I adopted a 1-year-old female mix breed dog. I'm incredibly happy with this young dog who I named BettiAnn. This is a small shelter. A great place to check out and see if your next rescue is there waiting for you!
