Took my mother's engagement/wedding set in to be resized for our granddaughter and her fiance for a treasured addition to their life. A well known jewelry store said it couldn't be done. Wasn't shopping for jewelry... instead I brought a group of memory care seniors into the shop to break geodes! Matt was fantastic, welcoming and super kind to the elderly. We had a great time! Amazing customer service.
