They've handled a very delicate repair on my Zuni inlay brooch and did a stellar job. Another time I brought in a different brooch from my collection which came to me with a badly damaged pin clasp, and again, I was very pleased with the repair work.
I've also had them clean a couple heirloom jewelry pieces that I was too afraid to do myself. They handled it with great care, honored my request to leave some of the patina, and truly brought the pieces back to life beautifully.
