“My daughter had her tires rotated and a wheel cover came off. Goodyear at first got her a new wheel cover but that did not match. They then told us to just to pick up a set of 4 new covers and they would reimburse us. Wow what outstanding customer service .A shout out to all the crew at the West Bend Goodyear. Job well done .”
“I took my vehicle into the store in West Bend, WI because I had a flat tire. It was toward the end of their business day but Brian, the store mgr, happily had one of his service guys check out my tire.
As it turned out, my snow tire picked up a nail in very cold temperatures and the steel belt in the tire snapped. After talking with Brian, I decided to have the spare tire put on temporarily and scheduled an appointment to have my all season tires put on a week later. I was leaving for vacation, but not driving, the next morning so getting my tire taken care of was very important.
I am very grateful for the service that I received and highly recommend Brian and this store location. I was treated very professionally and courteously.”
