“I’m from Chicago and my van broke down in Germantown WI. A guy in the store i was shopping at suggested Richfield Service. I first tried to call my Allstate roadside assistance with a wait of 2 hrs! So i called Richfield. They let me know they were booked. They could tow me but only a slight chance they would be able to get to me that day. Not alot of options so i took a chance.Within 15 minutes! the tow driver came and REALLY gave a valiant effort to get the van started right there! However i needed to be towed back to the shop. They again let me know they might not be able to get to me that afternoon but feel free to hang out in the waiting area—-coffee and tea bar!!! They even lent me a plug to charge my phone. Since i’m from Chicago i expected i’d have to get a room somewhere for the night....dread! Then i hear ‘Rod we got your van started’ !! And the whole ordeal for UNDER $100!!!!! What!?? Can’t say enough good things about everyone i encountered here!! Very friendly (especially the tow driver don’t remember his name). I was back home in Chicago by 4:30pm!!! THANKS AGAIN!!!!”

“I made appointments for oil changes. 2 days apart. Jack finished one just before closing and said he would finish the other the next morning which worked out perfect. He did a nice neat job and had time to do a quick look at my SUV and warned that my brakes would need work soon, which I suspected. After Christmas I will have RUSH do the repairs. Nice neat work. No hard sell. Fair pricing. And even better, 5 minutes from home.”

It's also convenient to be able to drop off/pick up at their gas station when the service center is closed. One time, I had a tire pressure issue that i couldn't resolve with just adding air and they came out and fixed it on the spot (no charge). Highly recommend Schaefer's.”

“The store has almost everything, and everyone wears a mask (unlike the Waukesha location) much safer here Remember when you're getting gas, you can pull up on any side of the pump because they have the extra long hose The only issue I had is when I did scan-to-pay with their raspberries, the item wasn't in the database. I was told I'd have to wait in line... So I put the raspberries back didn't have that kind of time tonight I plan to visit here again”

“Only my second time ever at a Costco, but I think my first time to this one. It was super clean and fairly easy to navigate. There's a spot for self check-out and also cashiers to ring you out. There's a guy manning the door and each receipt is checked before you leave. I wanted to come here right my friend because I wanted these coconut roll snacks that they typically carry. Alas, they did not have the coconut rolls, but what they did have was my favorite Candy/snack ever. Chocolate covered coconut almonds. And they come in a big bag and oh my god these are so dangerous. If you like coconut, you absolutely have to give these a try. I'm obsessed and feel I need to return solely for this item. Parking was easy and it wasn't too busy, although the parking lot looked packed. I was able to get gas at a cheaper price too, which I really appreciated. Outside from a few snack items, I did actually grocery shop but found most of the stuff so unnecessary. I didn't need two huge bottles of ketchup but it would have been nice to get one big bottle or one normal sized bottle. It's neither here nor there. You come to get things in bulk or you just don't get much. The style of shopping isn't really for me but I'll be back for my favorite snacks.”

“Very pleasant interaction with all employees. Found a problem when checking to install new tires and brought it to my attention. The only downside was they could not reset the sensors. Same happened at other dealer. My mechanic then did it in 30 seconds. So, don't know the problem.”
