I went to the store because I'm paying for four lines and two of the lines do not have phones attached to them. Not only did I receive zero help I was deterred for my tasks. No promotions for me? No deals for me? I went 2 hours out of my way.

Came in with a phone problem the manager Yoryi was very professional! and helpful. He fixed my phone and gave me great advice and helped me save money on home internet by switching to metro! I recommend him and this location.

Needed a quick hook up for a new phone. Went to this location in my lunch break, and was looking to get in and out quickly. Staff greeted me right away and was super friendly and professional. Helped my gather all of the info I needed since I'm not the main acct holder. De'seree helped me get my phone and accessories and hooked my up fast.
