The business offers self-service vacuums, exterior clean services, Unlimited Wash Club® Membership Plans, and nationwide locations. Onsite team members are available to assist with questions, and the Unlimited Wash Club® provides value and convenience with unlimited car washes. Customers have praised the positive attitude and helpful nature of the team members, particularly Robert, who is described as a joy to interact with. While there are some suggestions for improvement, such as better traffic flow and drying cycle, the overall service and quality of the car wash are highly regarded by customers.
Robert has great customer service, and he encouraged me to get a more bang for my buck with a membership and helped me enroll. I will continue to come to this location.
