“Very good service! My phone screen were damaged for two days. I reach out to alot phone repair and it was so pricy, so I contacted swift tech and ask for an estimate and they give me a very reasonable price compared to other phone repair locations. I were able to get my phone screen change on my galaxy s22 ultra on the same exact day and only have to wait for 20 minutes. I can say I'm very impressed and satisfied! Thank you! I will definitely come back to this place again in future if needed a phone screen replace again.”

“I visited the AT&T store to have my replacement phone activated and to transfer all my data from my old phone. I was helped by Victoria, who greeted me as soon as I walked in and was ready to assist right away. After I explained why I was there, Victoria let me know that I actually qualified for an upgrade and could get a new phone instead of going through with my replacement claim. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and went back and forth between keeping the replacement phone or purchasing the new iPhone 17
Pro Max.
Victoria was so patient and understanding throughout the whole process. She helped me complete the purchase, but when I changed my mind and decided to stick with my original plan, she was just as kind and helpful in canceling the order. Even though the store started getting busy, she managed to help other customers while still checking in on me and making sure I was taken care of. I felt bad because I was there until closing, but she never made me feel rushed.

“I do love is cellular however sometimes when I go to the store close to where I stay they only charge me $42 they don’t charge me $50 some dollars with the tax and tell me that I have a bucket balance and don’t have to pay until June. Then I found out that I had to pay $12 something more because the person at the store didn’t include the tax if I didn’t pay the $12 by the 5th I would lose my services or my cellphone would be turned off. That’s so unfair. I was thinking about going today and paying with cash. I hope this situation doesn’t happen again. Otherwise I am happy. See the whole purpose of me paying my bill early is so I don’t have to worry because I am on a very tight budget”
