“I was stranded last week - my car had died at the airport after being gone on a long trip. The starter had an issue that took the battery with it. Matt, the store manager, went way out of his way to help me get the car running and back on the road again! He made phone calls and got parts, he connected me with an excellent tow company, and scored a starter from someone he's knows, and within a few hours, I was happily on my way. Thanks, Matt - you won a customer for life!”
“We went up for the weekend to visit family in Wausau. My check engine light came on the night before we were supposed to leave. Thank goodness they were open until 9pm. They were busy when we got there at 8pm. The guy that waited on me, don't remember his name, had really long hair. He was very kind and informative of the issue. Offered advise on how to prevent the error code in the future. Really appreciated that he answered all my questions. When we got back to the hotel we called to see if they had the part in stock, they did. We went back the next morning and purchased the part and new batteries for my key fob. I am unable to count on my local Walmart having the batteries in stock. The Assistant Manager waited on me Sunday morning. Even though it was busy he took the time to install a new fuel cap. It took him about a minute. I really really appreciate him doing that even though they were busy. He went above and beyond as they were quite busy. Thank you to both of the guys they were outstanding and went above and beyond. I felt so much better driving the hour and a half back home.”
“Really glad they had the correct size $60 9V battery for my moped but the clerk talked me into the 12V for $95 more. I'm just hoping it's that much more reliable as suggested.”
“I have always been happy with the products and service. Google search shows they are open on Saturdays. Went there today 8-10-24 and they are not open on Saturdays per sign in the window.
Also this year they have stopped installing batteries at this location.”
