“Vincent took us on a nice tour of their operations. Afterwards you’re expected to purchase stuff. It’s like your typical Chinese tour operation. The tour was interesting. The retail side was chaotic. Nothing is labeled and you have to work with the sales person to figure out the prices and promotions.
Probably worth a visit if you’re into ginseng but not worth visiting if you’re looking for retail purchase.”

“Through a friend’s recommendation, we called to order American ginseng from them, and it was delivered the next day. The ginseng, with nice packed，also along with the instructions, and gift bag, were all included in the box. Since the price and quality were excellent, we went ahead and ordered more, which were also delivered the next day. Later, we realized there might be issues with bringing the ginseng into other countries, so we called them to inquire. They assured us that returns were no problem and that we could simply send the items back. After careful consideration, we decided to keep the products instead of returning them because we were very satisfied with the quality, price, and services.”
