“We visited the Weston WI location yesterday, Black Friday. Melissa helped us. Let me tell you, as a customer service person of over 40 years experience, I was sincerely impressed! She not only was helping us, she was helping 2 other customers and taking calls from another associate from another store helping them. Not once during the whole thing did I feel like she was putting us to the side to help these other people! Truly amazed me! The Weston location will be the only store I will visit from now on. We have tried other local locations with not so good results. GREAT JOB, MELISSA!”
