“It was a heavy load, lost the driver side duels. Had a safe place to pull over. Your people arrived promptly not a long wait. He fixed the tires, and was on his way. It's not real safe changing tires out on the highway, but he seem to manage. Thank you for the fine service. Amen.”

“Arik was awesome. I don't think this review will explain how great he is at his job. Greeted me well when I first walked in. Explained to me why my 2 front tires were unserviceable. Bought 2 new tires with multiple cards, & still owed 18$. Him & discount tires took care of me. They dropped it, & he also added the wiper blades for me with no charge. Arik went above & beyond his job. I am so thankful for him especially going through such a hard time at the moment. Discount tires will be the only place I get my tires service. Thank you, Arik.”

I have never used this service. When I called, they were very professional, I explained how the process worked.
They got me in within a few days, and we're very customer orientated from the time I walked into the time I received receive my keys.

“I had such a great experience here while visiting family in Wisconsin. I was having an issue with my brakes and needed to drive back to Minnesota the following day, so the timing was definitely not ideal!
From the moment I stopped in, the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. They got my car in quickly, figured out what was going on, and kept me updated on when they could get the part. They initially told me it might not arrive until noon or even later the next day, but they were able to get it that same day and had my car completely finished by 11 a.m. the next morning — which meant I was able to stay right on schedule for my drive home.
They even managed to fit in an oil change while they had it!
Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about getting me safely back on the road. It’s stressful having car trouble when you’re away from home, and they made the whole situation so much easier. I really appreciated how they went above and beyond to help me out. Highly recommend!”
