Several issues popped up with both the mobile app and the website, and Jessica spent over an hour with me, patiently helping me. “Wow it's been a long while since I've been to a bank. This was a swift and easy experience as far as bank visits go. I had to deposit a check and my phone app for some reason kept giving me an error, so I decided to go in and do it the old fashioned way. It's all street parking here, but there always seems to be plenty of it in this area. My son and I parked up and were in and out within five minutes. We were called up to the desk by an employee who was certainly mundane about being there, but he got the job done. I like how easily they can look you up now - just inserting your BMO debit card into the reader at the desk. This location could probably use a facelift, as it still has all the old-school bank furniture and decor. But apart from that, it's just your straight forward BMO. I wouldn't hesitate to return for future bank needs.”
