“This clinic is horrible and I only come here if I absolutely have to BUT Heaven in the lab is amazing. She is the best lab person I’ve dealt with at Aurora. When I arrived at the lab, she told me the orders I came for had expired (I was not told this during scheduling). She explained what the issue was, instructed me to call and have them reordered, and waited with me until they were active again in the system. She explained why two of the labs couldn’t be drawn at the time and was skilled with her blood draw. She communicated, was respectful, was willing to offer help, and was very skilled. More Aurora employees need to be like her.”
