“Our mother resides in a memory Care across the street from this Fairfield Inn. After a hiccup in Mom's health I needed a place to stay as we were challenged with a few decision makings situations. After sleeping in a hospital next to my mom's bed for 4 days I decided to go back to Whitewater and check into a hotel . I was out of sorts when I got there as my mind was with my mother and the hospital. The general manager Susan was incredibly hospitable making sure that I was taking care of with a reasonable rate, a comfortable bed, laundry and a clean shower! LK was a new hire working the front desk and I believe it was his first day. Again my mind was all out of sorts and he could not be any more kind. Daniella was there when I checked out and she too was just incredibly sweet. I have found my new place to stay when I go to visit mom! They have laundry there is a small indoor pool, fitness room, complimentary breakfast and is located right next to Starbucks and Walmart! Extremely friendly, clean, safe, welcoming, overall one of my best hotel visits within the Marriott family. Well done Susan you're doing a great job and we will see you soon!”

“Good experiance overall. Close to campus and apartments are nice for the price. David always answerd in a timely manner. One issue I had involved new internet with a shared circuit but after I talked to David he gave me a little push back but eventually resolved the issues.”
