I have been at Waters Edge for almost 6 years, it is a quite community with access to trails and very pet friendly.

I love living here, the people are very nice, the place is quiet, there is no noise, the attention of the manager David is immediate when you ask him something, I love it here, nobody bothers you, you feel like you are truly at home, the apartments are really cozy, I have never felt better anywhere else, I recommend it.

Good experiance overall. Close to campus and apartments are nice for the price. David always answerd in a timely manner. One issue I had involved new internet with a shared circuit but after I talked to David he gave me a little push back but eventually resolved the issues.
