Good experiance overall. Close to campus and apartments are nice for the price. David always answerd in a timely manner. One issue I had involved new internet with a shared circuit but after I talked to David he gave me a little push back but eventually resolved the issues.

An absolutely terrible and nightmare rental experience! The manager (David) is very unprofessional and rude.In the beginning, it looks like a high-end apartment in Whitewater but building materials are cheap and easy to broken. They will charge ridiculously high price for everything. You will receive tons of complaints, we were even taken pictures by one neighbor in public place and the manager used that picture to ask us to behave (crazy). We ended up paying $2000+ just to move out early.Stay away from them!

Lived here for a quite a few years! When I moved in the carpet had wear and over time it got worse and it was already showing seams!!! My security deposit was all kept and they even wanted to charge more for an issue that wasn’t ours to begin with! I would advise to stay away from these apartments and look for a better place! Also all the robbery that occurs here and still cameras aren’t added to help or prevent with anything. Stay away guys!

Wonderful place to live. No drama. No issues with maintenance or managment. Older gentlemen is the onsite manager if you need anything. He's on it right away. Large size units with in-unit washer and dryer. Plenty of parking underground or outside. They accept dogs and cats. I commute to Janesville for my job. I could not find a decent apartment available in Janesville but I'm ok with the drive and I am very happy with where I live.

If you are looking for a qaulity apartment away from the College scene, these are very nice. I rent one of the 3 bedroom apartments and have plenty of room and park my 2 cars underground. They also have homes and condos for rent nearby but I didn't need that much space. It's under the same management so there is always a maintenance guy or manager around if you need them. Whitewater is a great place to live with plenty of things to enjoy from the college. I just don't want to live by any noise and Waters Edge is peaceful.
