Specifically the branch manager in Oshkosh was un helpful and borderline malicious. Making comments about wanting a car like mine while charging unnecessary fees and sending repossession letters. “US Bank Oshkosh is an excellent financial institution. I've banked with Credit Unions and other Banks - and US Bank is a Five Star place to do business. The mortgage department looked after every detail on my for sale by owner and worked closely with the title company. Okay - so they sponsor the Vikings new stadium and I am a Packers fan - but this Bank is every where I visit in the United States. Highly Recommended !!!”
