“I love this place. I started at their Waupun branch when I was still in the area, and they've always been incredibly helpful. I have lived in the Green Bay area now for going on 5 years, with the closest branch being Oshkosh. Over these 5 years the staff has helped me with a personal loan, multiple address changes, fraud protection, account updates and so much more. They ALWAYS call you back when they say they will, even if it's to let you know they're still looking into your issue. 10/10. I definitely reccomend them to everyone.”

“Went there to deposit a check the other day, which I hadn't done in years. Thomas Phillipsen went above and beyond in providing me with great customer service! He was very helpful, assisting me with depositing my check. He informed me about the app and scanning my check to deposit it from my phone. He even gave me a practice check as I had expressed my concern that I would screw it up. He also gave me info and advice on other services provided by associated bank.”
